Properties:

Butachlor is amber liquid, the boiling point is 196 ℃ (66.7 kPa). Poorly soluble in water, but with benzene, ethanol, acetone, ethyl acetate and hexane mixed solvent. 275 ℃ decomposition, stable at pH 7 ~ 10.

Applications

Selective herbicide before bud. Mainly used for live or transplanting rice paddies control of annual gramineous weeds and certain broadleaf weeds. For wheat, barley, sugar beets, cotton, peanuts, and cabbage crops also have selective.
